What this website keeps
Your booking draft (service, date, name and note) is saved only in your own browser, under the name keril-booking-v1, so you do not lose it if you leave to check your diary. It also remembers that you closed the announcement bar. Nothing is sent to us until you tap the WhatsApp button. You can clear the draft with the Clear button, or by clearing your browser data.
Cookies and analytics
We set no cookies ourselves. Cloudflare, which delivers this site, may use the cookies it needs to keep the site secure. We do not use any analytics on this site.
When you message us on WhatsApp
The chat happens in WhatsApp, so WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies. Keril reads your message to confirm your booking. Payment details are shared in the chat only, never on this website.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you, including your chat history with us. Send the request on WhatsApp and we will act on it. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner in Kenya.
